    Turkey Lavash Roll with Horseradish

    3 Sheets lavash cracker bread
    12 Ounces Neufchatel cheese
    1/2 Cup chives fresh, chopped
    3 Tablespoons horseradish sauce
    3/4 Teaspoon salt
    1-1/2 Pounds SMOKED TURKEY HAM shaved
    9 Each Romaine lettuce outer leaves, center ribs removed



    Recipe



    Soften lavash by placing each sheet between two very moist clean and sterile paper towels. Let stand until pliable; 20-30 minutes.
    Mix together Neufchatel cheese, chives, horseradish and salt.
    Remove the top towel from the lavash.
    Spread 1/2 cup of the cream cheese mixture over the surface of each lavash.
    Layer 8 ounces of turkey ham over the cream cheese mixture on each lavash.
    Top each lavash with 3 Romaine leaves, placing them 3-4 inches from the far edge of lavash (leaves will slide when rolling).
    Using the bottom towel to help lift the lavash, fold up over the near edge of filling. Gently but firmly, roll lavash sheet jelly-roll fashion.
    Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill up to 12 hours.
    To serve, trim edges and cut each roll into 3/4-inch slices.
