    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 lb(s) ground beef
    2 lb(s) celery stalks, finely chopped
    1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp mustard powder
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    2 tsp paprika
    1 tbsp chili powder
    seasoning salt
    pepper
    ketchup
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tsp worcestershire
    1 squirt tobasco sauce
    2 tbsp hickory flavored open pit bbq sauce
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped
    2 large cloves garlic
    1 small can tomato sauce

    Recipe



    Cook beef, onion, celery, green pepper, and garlic in olive oil until completely done.
    While beef is cooking, mix worc. sauce, tobasco, br. sugar, season salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard, paprika, and chili powder in a measuring cup.
    when meat is done, add the seasoning mixture. Stir in well and cook for 20 minutes.
    Add tomato sauce, bbq sauce, and ketchup to taste.
    Bring to a boil, lower heat, and let simmer for, well all day if you want or you can eat it now.
