Marinade for at least 30 minutes to create the best BBQ tastes, remember to bring the remaining sauce to the boil for at least 3 minutes after marinading. It works just as well as a brush on BBQ sauce whilst cooking over a BBQ, or serve as a dipping sauce.



List of Ingredients




1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon garlic puree
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon worcester sauce
Approx. _ bottle HEINZ TOP DOWN TOMATO KETCHUP
(300g)
Dash of Tabasco
1 tablespoon cider vinegar

Recipe



Heat oil in a large frying pan and gently cook until onion with garlic until onion is softened - this takes about 10 minutes.


Add all remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes
