    1 lb. jalapeno peppers
    1 lb. onions (peeled & chopped)
    1 lb. fresh tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup vinigar
    4 cloves garlic (chopped)

    Recipe



    Cut stems & remove seeds. Combine all ingredients
    & cook 1 hour or until onions are soft. Puree in
    blender. Pour into jars while hot & seal at once
    or ajust lids and process in boiling water bath for
    15 minutes.

    Comments
    Sauce may be thickened with tomato paste as needed.
