    NILLA CHIPOTLE BBQ SAUCE

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup smoked chipotle chilies, canned
    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 cup garlic, coarsely chopped
    1/2 pound brown sugar
    1/2 cup red wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    3 cups ketchup
    1/4 cup dark molasses
    1/4 cup vanilla bean paste

    Recipe



    Split chilies, remove seeds and chop coarsely. Reserve with their liquid.

    In a heavy-bottomed pan, saut� garlic in butter until garlic is soft.

    Add sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, molasses, paste and peppers.

    Simmer for 45 minutes to an hour.

    Serve with burgers.
