    White Vinegar 16 oz.
    Granulated White Sugar1 cup
    Fresh or Frozen Peaches 3 lbs


    Cattlemen’s Classic BBQ Sauce 16 oz.
    Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp.
    Kitchen Bouquet1 tsp.
    White Vinegar¼ cup
    Kosher Salt1 tablespoon
    Molasses1 ½ tablespoon

    Recipe



    In a heavy saucepot with a tight lid combine 16 oz. of vinegar, the peaches and sugar. Bring vinegar to a simmer, cover with lid and slowly simmer until peaches are soft not mushy (approximately 15-20 min.)

    Let cool for five minutes. In batches that match the size of your blender, puree the mixture.
