    Tangy Red Fresno Barbeque Sauce

    3-5 Red Fresno Chiles , minced
    4 Cloves garlic, minced
    1 Med Onion, minced
    1 Cup Brown Sugar
    2 Cups Ketchup
    3/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
    1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
    2 Tblsp Worchestershire
    2 Tblsp olive oil
    salt

    Recipe



    Saute chiles and onion in the olive oil for 8 min over med heat. Combine all other ingredients and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. If Red Fresno chiles are not available,caribe, serrano or jalapeno can be used. Use this sauce with grilled chicken or pork. Since this sauce contains sugar start coating meat 5 min before done and then pour over before serving.
