    * 1 lb. Smoked sausage
    * Broken corn on the cob
    * New or quartered/peeled potatoes
    * 2 garlic cloves
    * 1 lb. shrimp

    Recipe



    # Fill pot 1/2 full with water and add smoked sausage
    # Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes
    Cut potatoes in half and add garlic cloves
    # Boil for another 10 minutes
    # Add corn and reduce heat to a slow boil
    # Cook another 5-7 minutes
    # Add shrimp and cook another 3-4 minutes at a slow boil.
    # When using larger stock pots, blue crab can be added along with the corn and cook for 10 minutes; then add shrimp and cook for another 4 minutes
