    List of Ingredients




    *
    1 1/2 cups chopped zuchinni or yellow squash
    *
    1 Medium chopped Onion
    *
    3-4 chopped fresh Garlic pods
    *
    2 Chopped good sized Bell Peppers, or combo of red and yellow
    *
    2-3 Medium sized Tomatoes, chopped
    *
    2-3 Stalks of Celery, chopped 2-3 Medium Yukon Gold potatoes or new potatoes

    Recipe



    Slice all veggies in chunks and saute in 1-2 tablespoons
    of butter with a little good olive oil. Stir in about 1/4
    to 1/3 cup of water if your mixture gets dry. Season
    with salt, pepper and our Traildust Seasoning.

    Lastly, stir in 2-4 tablespoons of Cowboy Salsa, the
    Mesquite is especially good! Serve with grated
    cheese and fresh chopped Cilantro if you like.

    VARIATION: Saute slices of WAAK Beef Sausage
    links along with your veggies, or brown ground sirloin,
    then stir in your veggies. You can also add 1/2 cup
    frozen corn, or some frozen stir fry veggies. Serve
    with hot cornbread or salad and you have a great
    nutritious meal! Serves about 4 hungry cowhands.
