    1 pound frankfurters, cut in 1/2 inch chunks

    2 tablespoons minced onions

    1/2 clove garlic, minced (optional)

    3/4 cup coarsely chopped pitted ripe olives

    1 can (6 ounces) tomato juice

    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

    1/2 teaspoon celery salt

    1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed

    1 can (16 ounces) whole kernel corn

    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    1. Combine franks, onion, garlic, olives, tomato juice, seasonings and vegetables in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
    2. Remove from heat; add cheese and stir until melted.
    3. Serve on buttered slices of French bread or rusks. Makes 6 servings.
