    ILLINOIS SAUSAGE CORN CHOWDER

    1 pound bulk sausage
    1 cup chopped onion
    4 cups 1/2-inch cubed potatoes
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon marjoram
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    2 cups water
    1 17-ounce can creamed corn
    1 17-ounce can kernel corn, drained
    1 12-ounce can evaporated milk

    Recipe



    Cook sausage and onion until brown and tender. Drain on paper towels. Return to pan, and add potatoes, salt, marjoram, pepper and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Add corn and milk. Heat through and serve.
