Potato Soup with Sour Cream

List of Ingredients
2 cups diced potato's
1 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon salt
1 small onion , sliced
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups sour cream
minced parsleyRecipe
Combine first 5 ingredients and cook 15 minutes.
Add sour cream and cook till potato's till tender.
Garnish with parsley.
Serve's 4.
