    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes
    1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes with green chilies
    1 can (16 oz.) corn, drained
    1 can (16 oz.) pinto beans
    1 lb. Mexican flavored processed cheese
    1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
    1 ½ cups water

    Recipe



    Brown beef and onion. Add all other ingredients and cook until cheese is
    melted. Serve with corn chips. Serves 6-8.
