Tomato and Egg Soup

1 fresh ripe tomato, cut in thin wedges
1 egg, beaten
3 Cups chicken broth or water
1/2 teaspoon salt
pinch of sugar
Recipe
Bring the broth or water to a boil, and add the tomato, salt and sugar.
Lower the heat a little, and slowly pour in the beaten egg. Simmer over very low heat for about 15 seconds, stirring gently to avoid the egg sticking to the bottom of the pan. When the egg is set, the soup is ready to serve. 3 servings
