    1-2 pounds brussell sprouts
    1/2 pound bacon
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1 tablespoon molasses

    Recipe



    Trim stems from sprouts, cut in half lengthwise and steam to desired doneness. While sprouts are cooking, saute 1/4 to 1/2 half pound of bacon diced, with the garlic. Leaving bacon drippings in pan add molasses and toss with the sprouts to coat. Serve and enjoy!
