    Mashed Sweet Potatoes w/ Dried Cherries

    List of Ingredients




    1 Pound sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
    1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 Cup dried cherries, pre-soaked in water and drained
    1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
    1 Teaspoon sugar
    As needed salt and freshly ground black pepper

    Recipe



    Cook cubed potatoes in water until tender enough to easily mash.
    Add cinnamon, cherries, butter and sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
