List of Ingredients
6 to 8 small green peppers
1 10-ounce package frozen corn,
partially thawed
1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded American cheese
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons ketchup
Recipe
Remove the tops and seeds from the peppers.
Wash the peppers and drain well. Combine
all of the remaining ingredients except the
water and ketchup in a mixing bowl and stir
well. Stuff the peppers two-thirds full.
Pour the water in a crock pot. Arrange the
stuffed peppers in the crock pot. Pour
ketchup over the top of the peppers. Cover
and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours (or high
for 3 to 4 hours). Yields 6 to 8 servings.
