    Parsley Parmesan Whipped Parsnips

    List of Ingredients




    6 parsnips washed, peeled and cubed
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    2 tbsp. butter
    3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp. chopped parsley

    Recipe



    Cut the washed and peeled parsnips and place on stove in cold salted water. Boil 15-20 minutes until tender to the fork. Whip in mixing bowl with butter and white pepper. When fluffy, fold in grated parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley. Spoon into pastry bag with a large star tip and pipe into a pattern on to the plate. Brown the parsnips in a 400º degree oven for approximately 15 minutes.
