List of Ingredients




1 pound Spanish Sweet onions (about 3 medium onions)
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
3 egg whites, beaten until foamy


Recipe



Peel, slice and separate onions into rings. Combine crumbs and seasonings, mix well. Dip onion rings in egg whites then in crumb mixture to coat each piece. Place onions in single layer on greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until onions are crisp and tender.
