    Pam Cooking Spray (Butter or Olive Oil Flavor)
    1 pound of Idaho baking potatoes
    2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Fresh Parsley
    ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
    ½ Teaspoon Onion Powder
    ½ Teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaves
    ½ Teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
    ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel the potatoes and cut each potato into 8 wedges (lengthwise). Place wedges in large bowl and spray with Pam.

    2. Add parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, Thyme leaves, ground red pepper, and black pepper, to Pam coated potato wedges in bowl and toss until wedges are coated evenly with spices.

    3. Place coated potato wedges on non-stick cookie sheet or jelly roll pan and cook for 50 minutes, turning wedges half-way through cooking time.

    (Makes 4 servings)
