    2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
    3/4 cup cold water
    1/2 cups hot milk
    2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
    2 cups sour cream
    12 oz. blue cheese
    3 tablespoons white wine Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon white pepper
    3 tablespoons finely grated onion

    Lightly oil Viennese Swirl Pan. Soften gelatin in cold water; stir in hot milk. Cool. In large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, blue cheese, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and onion until well blended. Stir in gelatin mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. To remove from pan, carefully loosen edges with a small spatula and invert onto serving plate. Garnish and serve with pear and apple slices, star fruit and assorted crackers.

    YIELD: Makes 30-40 appetizer servings
