1 to 2 canned chipotle peppers in adobo, mashed
1 cup Hellmann's� or Best Foods� Mayonnaise with Lime Juice*
1/2 cup crema Mexicana or sour cream
1/4 tsp. Lawry's � Garlic Salt With Parsley
1/4 cup chopped yellow onion or white part of green onion
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

1. In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve with plantain chips, yucca fries, tortilla chips or your favorite dippers.

*SUBSTITUTION: Use Hellmann's � or Best Foods � Real Mayonnaise blended with 1 tablespoon lime juice.
