    -1 1/2 lb Raclette Cheese
    -3 Cups Crumbled Soda Crackers
    -3 Cups of Crab pieces
    -3 Whole Eggs
    -1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
    -Mango Chutney
    -Sliced Lime

    Recipe



    In a bowl combine crab, crackers, eggs, and parsley together and shape mixture into 12 3” cakes. Grill cakes, turning over once until heated throughout and golden. Place crab cakes in raclette trays and cover with slices of raclette cheese. Heat until cheese has melted and serve on a bed of mango chutney with sliced lime.
    Tips: You may substitute the Mango Chutney with an Aioli, Garlic & Parsley, Lemonette, or Asian Style Sweet Chili sauce. Substitute raclette cheese with Swiss cheese.
