List of Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
1/2 cup cooked green peas
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 cup tomato, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp ground cumin
salt & pepper to taste
1 Tbsp minced pickled jalapenos (optional)
Recipe
In a medium sized bowl, mash together avocado and cooked peas. Add remaining ingredients and stir to blend.
