Smoked Salmon Dip/Spread

Inspired by a recipe from P.S.I. Grande Gourmet alder-smoked salmon
List of Ingredients
1/2 lb (225 g) smoked salmon, chopped
10 oz (285 g) cream cheese (1-1/4 to 1-1/2 cups)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup each: chopped red onion, chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp sea salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1 tsp capers, drained, choppedRecipe
In medium bowl, blend salmon, cream cheese and lemon juice with fork. Stir in onion, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Garnish with capers.
Makes about 2 cups.
