Spinach & Artichoke Spread

List of Ingredients
1 container sour cream (16 ounces)
1 can artichoke hearts (14 ounces), drained, chopped
1 package frozen chopped spinach (10 ounces), thawed, well drained
1-1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 envelope dried Italian salad dressing mix (0.7 ounce)
Crackers, original or cheese
Recipe
Mix all ingredients except crackers until well blended; cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Serve as a spread with crackers.
Makes 5 cups.
