    24 pieces wonton skin(s)
    4 serving cooking spray, or enough to coat wonton skins
    1 Tbsp sugar
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp table salt


    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange wonton skins on nonstick baking sheets in a single layer and coat with cooking spray.

    Stir together sugar, pepper, cumin and salt; sprinkle mixture over wonton skins.

    Bake until crisp, 8 to 9 minutes. Set on wire racks to cool completely. Yields 2 crisps per serving.
