    List of Ingredients




    1 lb fresh shrimp ( without shell )
    1 tsp salt
    3 cup water
    1 tsp minced ginger
    2 tsp chopped green onion
    2 tsp cooking wine
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp soy sauce
    1/2 tsp white pepper powder
    1 tsp corn starch
    1 tsp sesame oil

    Recipe



    1.Put the shrimp into boiled water with some salt. When the color changes, take them out. Put them on a plate, and make sure there is no water in the plate.

    2. Put cooking wine, sugar, soy sauce, white pepper, ginger, green onion, starch in a bowl and mix them.

    3. Heat sesame oil in a pot, add the mixed sauce for 1-2 minutes until they become sticky. Put the sauce on the top of the shrimp.
    Simple but delicious!
