List of Ingredients
Taco Seasoning
Ground Soy Meat
Refried Beans
Plain Yogurt
Chopped tomatoes, green onion, lettuce or whatever you like
Pitas (3 mini or 1 medium)
Recipe
Cook up soy meat adding 1/2 package of taco seasoning (or to taste).
Mix 1/2 cup yogurt with 1 tbsp of taco seasoning (or to taste)
Spread 1/2 cup of soy in bottom of a pan (loaf sized.
Add 1/2 cup layer of beans, then yogurt then veggies.
Warm pitas and serve.
Special Notes
My husband adds guacamole. You can sprinkle cheese but I find it is hard to taste with all the spice so why waste the points!
