4 oz. Champagne
3/4 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
1/2 orange quartered
2 wedges fresh pineapple, one with skin, one without
1/2 lemon quartered
Recipe
Muddle the fruit and liqueur in the bottom of a bar glass. Add ice and Champagne. Stir gently to retain the bubbles and strain into a Champagne Flute. Garnish with an orange peel
