    List of Ingredients




    4 eggs, separated*
    1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand®
    1 cup (250 mL) brandy or rum, optional
    1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
    4 cups (1 L) homogenized milk
    1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
    nutmeg

    Recipe



    1. In a large bowl beat egg yolks until thick and light.
    2. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand, brandy or rum, vanilla, milk and salt.
    3. In a small bowl beat egg whites to soft peaks; gently fold into Eagle Brand mixture; chill.
    4. Pour into chilled bowl or serving cups.
    5. Garnish with nutmeg.



    Notes: *Use only clean, uncracked eggs
