    8 ozs. soy milk

    1/4 cup old-fashioned oats

    1 ripe banana, cut into pieces

    1 cup carrot juice

    4 ice cubes

    Recipe



    1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.

    2. Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
