Cheddar Peanut Butter Corn Bread Wedges

1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
� 1/2 cup cornmeal
� 1/2 cup granulated sugar
� 2 teaspoon baking powder
� 1/2 teaspoon salt
� 1 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
� 1 cup buttermilk
� 1/2 cup Crisco� Canola Oil
� 1 large egg, beaten
� 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
Heat the oven to 375�F.
� Combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Mix well.
� In a medium bowl, whisk together the Jif Creamy Peanut Butter, buttermilk, Crisco� Canola Oil, and egg. Mix well.
� Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
� Add the cheddar cheese and stir until just combined. Do not over mix.
� Spray a 9 inch pie pan with Crisco� Cooking Spray and fill with the mixture.
� Bake about 25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick or cake tester comes out clean when inserted into the center.
� Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack.
� When cool enough to serve, cut into 8 wedges.
� Serve warm or at room temperature.
� Makes 8 wedges.
