    List of Ingredients




    1 slightly beaten egg
    2 cups shredded process American cheese or cheddar cheese (8 ounces)
    1 cup pitted ripe olives, coarsely chopped
    1 tablespoon dried minced onion
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    Dash bottled hot pepper sauce
    3 cups packaged biscuit mix
    1 cup milk
    1 teaspoon caraway seed (optional)

    Recipe



    1. Combine egg, cheese, olives, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce; set aside.
    2. In a medium mixing bowl combine biscuit mix and milk to make a soft dough. Spread in a greased 12-inch pizza pan.
    3. Spoon cheese mixture over dough. If desired, sprinkle with caraway seed. Bake in a 425 degree F oven about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot, cut into wedges. Makes 16 appetizer servings.
    For a lower-fat version: Use reduced-fat cheese, reduced-fat packaged biscuit mix, and skim milk.
