Strawberry-Peanut Drop Scones

2 cups self-rising flour
� 1 cup fresh ripe strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced
� 2 large eggs
� 1/2 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
� 1/2 cup milk
� 1 and 1/2 tablespoons sugar
� 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
� 1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe
Combine the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor, fitted with the metal blade, and process until it is a smooth batter.
� Lightly spray a skillet or griddle with Crisco� Cooking Spray and heat over medium heat.
� Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the cooking surface, spacing well apart.
� Cook until the bottom is golden and bubbly.
� Turn the scones over and cook about 1 minute more. Keep warm.
� Serve with sliced fresh strawberries, whipped cream or powdered sugar.
� Makes 4 to 6 servings.
