1 pouch Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons water
1 egg
36 miniature paper baking cups
1 tub Betty Crocker Pour & Frost chocolate frosting
1 tube (0.68 oz) Betty Crocker white decorating gel
Recipe
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 8-inch square pan with foil so foil extends about 2 inches over sides of pan. Spray bottom of foil with cooking spray.
In medium bowl, stir brownie mix, oil, water and egg with spoon about 50 times (batter may be lumpy). Spread in pan.
Bake 26 to 29 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan by lifting foil; remove foil. Using plastic knife, cut brownies into 6 rows by 6 rows; place brownie squares into miniature paper baking cups.
Microwave frosting uncovered on High 20 seconds. Stir thoroughly 20 times or until smooth. Spoon about 1 teaspoon frosting over top of each brownie. Immediately decorate with decorating gel.
