Daringly Decadent Brownie

List of Ingredients
3 cups fudge brownie mix, (19.8 oz dry mix) prepared
2 cups caramels, unwrapped
1 (14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND®® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1/2 cup butter
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups pecan halves
Recipe
Spread 1 1/2 cups prepared brownie batter on parchment lined 12x8-inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until center of batter is set.
Combine remaining ingredients in microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes or until the caramel begins to melt. Whisk until smooth. Gently spread caramel mixture over baked brownie. Sprinkle caramel with chocolate chips. Spread remaining unbaked brownie batter evenly over chocolate chips; sprinkle with pecan halves.
Bake additional 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely; cover and chill to hold.
To Prepare Servings: Lift chilled brownie from pan onto cutting board; cut into 24 squares. Cover and chill to hold until ready to serve. TIP: Brownie is best served when chilled or at room temperature.
Speedscratch Method: Use already prepared brownie; top with caramel mixture, chocolate chips and nuts.
