Fudgy Choc Nut Brownies

125g butter, chopped
90g dark eating chocolate, chopped coarsely
90g milk eating chocolate, chopped coarsely
½ cup (110g) firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
2 eggs, beaten lightly
1 cup (150g) plain flour
2/3 cup (100g) macadamia nuts, chopped coarsely
Recipe
Preheat oven to moderate. Grease deep 19cm-square cake pan; cover base with baking paper.
Combine butter and chocolate in medium saucepan; stir over low heat until melted. Remove from heat; stir in sugar and honey. Stir in egg, then sifted flour and nuts; pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in moderate oven about 30 minutes or until firm. Cool in pan; cut into squares when cold.
