Apricot-Coconut Cookie Bars

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 (3 1/2-ounce) can flaked coconut (1 1/3 cups)
1 cup finely chopped dried apricots
2 eggs, well beaten
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350º (325º for glass dish). In small mixer bowl, on low speed, combine margarine, 1 cup flour and sugar; beat until crumbly. Press firmly on bottom of greased 12x7-inch baking pan. Bake 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, in medium mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread evenly over baked crust. Return to oven; bake 30 minutes longer or until lightly browned around edges. Cool. Chill thoroughly if desired. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
