Banana Yum Pie

250g digestive biscuits, crushed
50g unsalted butter, melted
½ x 450g jar dulce de leche caramel spread (optional)
3 medium ripe bananas, sliced
1 packet butterscotch instant whip
300ml semi skimmed milk, cold
50g dark chocolate, grated
Recipe
Add the butter to the biscuits, mix to incorporate and press into the base of a 12cm x 20cm rectangular tin lined with baking parchment. Refrigerate the base for 20 minutes.
Spread the dulce de leche over the biscuit base. Cover with the chopped bananas.
Make up the instant whip according to the pack instructions. Allow it to stand for 5 minutes and then spread it over the bananas. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
Remove from the tray and cut into small squares. Sprinkle over the grated chocolate and serve.
