Chewy Coconut Raisin Squares

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup flour
1 pkg. (7 oz.) BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut (2-2/3 cups), divided
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
2/3 cup raisins
1/2 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks
Recipe
BEAT butter until light and fluffy; gradually beat in powdered sugar. Stir in 1 cup flour and 2/3 cup coconut. Press into ungreased 9-inch square pan.
BAKE at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
MEANWHILE, beat eggs and vanilla. Gradually beat in brown sugar. Stir in 2 Tbsp. flour and baking powder. Stir in raisins and 1 cup coconut. Pour over crust in pan.
BAKE 30 minutes longer. Sprinkle with chocolate chunks. Cover with foil 2 to 3 minutes until chocolate melts. Carefully spread to frost and sprinkle with remaining coconut. Cool and cut into bars.
