Chocolate-Glazed Shortbread

1 cup Fleischmann's® Original Margarine-stick
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
6 (1 ounce) squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
1 cup finely chopped pecans, (or candy sprinkles)
Recipe
Preheat oven to 325°F.
In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer, combine Fleischmann's and powdered sugar and blend until creamy. Gradually add flour.
Form half of the dough into an 8-inch long log. Flatten the dough to 1/2-inch thick. Slice into 1/4-inch slices and place cut side down on an ungreased cookie sheet. Repeat with second half of dough. Bake 15 minutes or until pale golden brown. Cool.
Melt chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat. Dip one end of cookies into chocolate then into nuts or sprinkles. Place on waxed paper until set.
