1/2 cup Fleischmann's® Original Margarine-stick, melted
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 (1 ounce) squares semi-sweet baking chocolate, coarsely chopped

Recipe
Preheat oven 350°F.
In a medium bowl, combine Fleischmann's, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat until creamy. Blend in flour, baking powder and salt. Using a spoon, stir in chocolate.
Coat an 8-inch by 8-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Add batter to pan and spread evenly using back of spoon. Bake 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack.
Cut into bars; store in airtight container.
