Chocolate Streusel Bars

List of Ingredients
1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 cup (2 sticks) cold butter or margarine
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar and cocoa; cut in butter until crumbly (mixture will be dry). Reserve 2 cups crumb mixture. Press remaining crumb mixture firmly on bottom of ungreased 13×9-inch baking pan. Bake 15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, in large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in EAGLE BRAND® until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Pour evenly over baked crust.
3. Combine reserved crumb mixture and walnuts; sprinkle evenly over cheese mixture. Bake 25 minutes or until bubbly. Cool. Chill. Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator
