3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar, divided
1 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add 1 cup of the sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy. Add vanilla. Stir flour, baking powder and salt together in a medium bowl. Add to egg mixture, beating just enough to blend in flour. Set aside.
2. Cream together the remaining 1/2 cup sugar, butter and cinnamon. Drop on top of batter and swirl into batter. Spread batter evenly over bottom of buttered 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake 25 - 30 minutes. Cut into 2 1/2x3-inch bars.
