    Source of Recipe

    Sainbury's

    List of Ingredients

    125g butter
    50g light brown sugar
    3 x 15ml spoons honey
250g crunchy oat cereal, lightly crushed
    250g milk chocolate, melted
    1 pack white chocolate drops

    Recipe

Preheat the oven to 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5.

Line a 20cm square sandwich tin.

Melt the butter in a pan, add the sugar and honey and stir until it dissolves. Remove from the heat, stir in the crunchy oat cereal and then press mixture into the prepared tin.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until firm to touch and golden brown. Cool in the tin for 3-4 minutes then using a small knife cut into 12 squares. Allow to cool.

Dip the top of each square into the chocolate and place on a wire rack. Repeat until all the squares are covered. Finally add 2 or 3 white chocolate drops to the top and allow the biscuits to set.
