1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 (12-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips (2cups)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 (18-ounce) rolls refrigerated cookie dough (choose from oatmeal-chocolate chip, chocolate chip, or sugar cookie
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°. In heavy saucepan over medium heat, combine Eagle Brand®, chips, and butter; heat until chips melt, stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Cool 15 minutes.
Use floured hands to press 1 1/2 packages of cookie dough into an ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Pour cooled chocolate mixture evenly over dough in pan. Crumble remaining dough over the filling.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut. Store loosely covered at a room temperature.
