Fudgy Cookie Wedges

List of Ingredients
1 (20-ounce) package refrigerated cookie dough, any flavor
2 cups (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350º.
Divide cookie dough into thirds. With floured hands, press on bottom of 3 aluminum foil-lined 9-inch round cake pans or press into 9-inch circles on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Cool.
In heavy saucepan, over medium heat, melt chips and margarine with EAGLE BRAND®. Cook and stir until thickened, about 5 minutes; add vanilla. Spread over cookie circles. Top with nuts. Chill. Cut into wedges. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
Notes: MICROWAVE: Bake cookie dough as above. In 1-quart glass measure with handle, combine remaining ingredients except nuts. Cook on 100% power (high) 4 minutes, stirring after each minute. Proceed as above.
