Fudgy Peanut Butter Squares

List of Ingredients




1 package yellow cake mix (enough for a 9 x 13 size cake)
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 eggs
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk




Recipe



1. In a medium bowl combine cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and ½ cup melted butter by hand. Pat 2/3 of mixture into bottom of an ungreased 9 x 13 pan.

2. In saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and 2 Tbsp. butter. Melt over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove and pour over cake mixture.

3. Use remaining dough to cover filling. Work slowly and carefully, putting tiny bits on and flattening with hand. Some filling may show through. Bake at 350° F for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely before cutting. Enjoy!
