Peanut Butter Caramel and Almond Squares

4 cups powdered sugar
1-1/2 cups NABISCO Graham Cracker Crumbs
1-1/2 cups peanut butter
1-1/2 cups PLANTERS Almonds, chopped, divided
3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, melted
48 KRAFT Caramels
1/4 cup water
1 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Recipe
MIX powdered sugar, graham crumbs, peanut butter, 1 cup of the chopped almonds and 3/4 cup melted butter in large bowl. Press firmly into 13x9-inch pan.
MELT caramels and water in large saucepan on low heat, stirring frequently until mixture is melted and smooth. Pour over crust.
MELT chocolate with 3 Tbsp. butter in large saucepan on low heat, stirring frequently until melted and smooth. Spread over caramel layer. Immediately sprinkle with remaining almonds, gently pressing into topping. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut into squares. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
